Who we are

We Create Visuals is a trading name of Loykey Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore (UEN 202517562K) at 68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore 049422. You can reach a person at manuel@loykey.com.

These terms apply to wecreatevisuals.com and every order placed through it. By placing an order you accept them.

What you are buying

A short AI-generated video made to your written description and, if you add them, up to three reference images. You choose the length (10, 20, 30 or 60 seconds) and the shape (vertical 9:16 or horizontal 16:9). It is delivered as a 1080p MP4 file to the email address you give at checkout.

Videos are made with generative AI tools. We interpret your description creatively; small details, on-screen text and exact likenesses can vary between what you imagine and what the tools produce.

Price and payment

The price is shown before you pay and is charged in US dollars: $2 for every 10 seconds of video. You pay once; there is no subscription and nothing renews.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Any taxes, bank or currency-conversion fees your bank applies are outside our control.

Delivery

We aim to deliver every video on the same day you order. This is a target, not a guarantee: busy periods or technical problems can make it slower. If we have not delivered within 24 hours, you can ask for a full refund (see the Refund Policy).

Please check your spam folder and make sure the email you entered is correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by a mistyped address.

What we won't make

We will not make videos that are illegal, sexual or sexually suggestive, hateful, harassing, violent in a gratuitous way, that involve minors in any inappropriate context, that infringe someone else's rights, that are meant to deceive (for example fake news or fraud), or that show a real, identifiable person without their permission.

If an order breaks these rules we will decline it and refund you in full. We decide in good faith whether an order is acceptable.

Your references and your rights

You confirm that you have the right to use anything you send us, including images of products, people, logos and characters, and that any person shown in a reference image has agreed to it.

Once you have paid, you may use the finished video for any lawful personal or commercial purpose, including ads and social media. We do not claim ownership of it. AI-generated material may not be protected by copyright in every country, so we cannot promise you exclusive rights against third parties.

We do not publish your video or your reference images anywhere without your permission.

Your right to cancel (EU, EEA and UK consumers)

Consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Because each video is digital content made specially for you, starting immediately after payment, you are asked at checkout to agree that production starts straight away and to acknowledge that you therefore lose this right once we begin. This does not affect your rights if the video is faulty or not as described (see the Refund Policy).

Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or ad spend. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. If you are a consumer living in the EU, EEA or UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country and can bring a claim in your local courts. Please contact us first: most problems are solved with one email.

We may update these terms; the version that applies is the one shown when you placed your order.
